Connecting to the Whistler Center for Carbohydrate Research
The Whistler Center for Carbohydrate Research has become one of the centers on campus that has embraced agile strategy has a way to build faculty industry collaborations more quickly. This morning, we introduced agile strategy and our discipline of Strategic Doing to the Industry Advisory Board of the Whistler Center.
This invitation to present to the industry advisors came after we did a similar presentation to the faculty, graduate students and staff of the Whistler Center about a month ago.
We are continuing to explore collaborations between the Whistler Center and the Lab. Below you will see the slides that we can use this morning:
The Founder of the Lab at UNA and co-author of Strategic Doing: 10 Skills for Agile Leadership, Ed’s work has focused on developing new models of strategy specifically designed to accelerate complex collaboration in networks and open innovation. He is the original developer of Strategic Doing.
