Strategic Doing 301: Leading Complex Collaborations (Bay Area)

We’ve wanted to bring Strategic Doing to California for many years, and 2020 is the time.  This very interactive session will give you the tools you need to lead collaborations in which “no one can tell anyone else what to do.” You’ll learn what makes these collaborations work (and go astray), and how to guide conversations to move groups forward quickly to action. We use enjoyable exercises, a group simulation, and plenty of discussion to ensure that you leave ready to tackle your toughest collaboration challenges.  All attendees receive Strategic Doing: Ten Skills for Agile Leadership, the Practitioner’s Field Guide and access to an ever-growing resource library.

Cancellation Policy:

Because we need to reserve instructor time and facilities far in advance of the training, the following cancellation policy applies to your registration:

0-2 weeks in advance – we’re not able to offer a refund, but we can give you credit for another 301 that’s offered by the Agile Strategy Lab that’s sponsoring the training (in this case, the UNA Agile Strategy Lab) – in general, this includes all trainings for which you register through the Lab and are making an individual payment (rather than being part of a group registration) – for any questions, email info@strategicdoing.net. You can also choose to transfer your registration to a colleague.

One month in advance – 50% refund, or credit as described above

Two months in advance – 100% refund

Class Cancellation:

We occasionally find it necessary to cancel a workshop due to low registration numbers.  Registrations are dependent on having a minimum number of people to cover the costs of the workshop.  IF the need to cancel a workshop should arise we will notify you at least 2 weeks prior.    If you are traveling to the workshop, please feel free to check in with us prior to finalizing your travel arrangements.  If we cancel the workshop due to low enrollment, we will transfer your registration to an open Agile Strategy Lab workshop or issue you a full refund.

Group Registrations:

If you have a large group that would like to attend this training, we may be able to offer a reduced registration rate. Email us.
