Strategic Doing: Certified Workshop Leader – from the Agile Strategy Lab

June 3 - August 25

Note: only people who have taken the 2.5 day training (or an online equivalent) after November 2016 may enroll in this course. If you are interested in taking the 2.5 day training, email (info@strategicdoing.net) to learn more about training opportunities.  Ten modules will guide you through the process of developing and delivering a Strategic Doing workshop – from identifying the right opportunity to ongoing follow-up through 30/30 meetings. The course includes videos, discussion forums, short quizzes, and assignments related to your workshop, which you should plan to deliver between between June 24 – July 28.

Course Details:

  • Format: Online, flexible learning with optional Zoom discussions.
  • Prerequisites: Completion of Strategic Doing Practitioner Training (2.5 days or online equivalent).
  • Duration: 12 weeks, including 10 weeks of activities and 2 additional weeks for catch-up if necessary. Run dates: June 3 -August 25.
  • Time Commitment: Around 2 hours/week, varying by week.
  • Certification Validity: 2 years.
