About the Workshop
The Life Cycle of Collaboration is a structured, yet flexible, framework that delves into the five Building Blocks of Collaboration: transformational leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, self-awareness, and friendliness to collaborate. Gregg Potter, an international collaboration coach and the Founder and CEO of Project Kinect, has crafted this course to help leaders design and lead intentional, impactful collaborations.
