In this challenging time of the COVID-19 pandemic, our in-person trainings through at least June 2020 have been postponed until later in the year. We are currently developing additional online training options – contact us to be added to the list as new trainings are announced.

Strategic Doing 301: Purdue University

November 26, 2018 @ 8:00 am - November 28, 2018 @ 5:00 pm

This 2.5 day training takes place on the Lab’s own territory, Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana. This very interactive session will give you the tools you need to lead collaborations in which “no one can tell anyone else what to do.” You’ll learn what makes these collaborations work (and go astray), and how to guide conversations to move groups forward quickly to action. We use enjoyable exercises, a group simulation, and plenty of discussion to ensure that you leave ready to tackle your toughest collaboration challenges.  All attendees receive the “Strategic Doing Field Guide” and access to an ever-growing resource library.
