To respond to this challenging time of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have developed a number of online training options, and are (as of summer 2021) beginning to schedule in-person sessions as well. Contact us with questions or to discuss a training at your organization.

Strategic Doing 301: Leading Complex Collaborations

November 14, 2018 - November 16, 2018

We’re headed back to the Netherlands with our 2.5 day training! This very interactive session will give you the tools you need to lead collaborations in which “no one can tell anyone else what to do.”You’ll learn what makes these collaborations work (and go astray), and how to guide conversations to move groups forward quickly to action. We use enjoyable exercises, a group simulation, and plenty of discussion to ensure that you leave ready to tackle your toughest collaboration challenges.¬† All attendees receive the “Strategic Doing Field Guide” and access to an ever-growing resource library.

Read more about the content of the training here.

This session is hosted by our partners at Human Insight.
