Successful National Electrical Benefit Fund (NEBF) Training
Recently staff at the Agile Strategy Lab, led a training on collaboration and agile strategy to the corporate executives at the National Electrical Benefit Fund (NEBF) and the Family Medical Care Plan (FMCP). This dynamic group is entering a period of growth and seek to enhance their agile leadership skills under the direction of a new Executive Secretary-Treasurer. The two groups work under one leader to impact the lives of IBEW workers and their families. NEBF administers pension funds and FMCP administers a health care plan. The staff participated in a 2.5-day training that included experiential exercises and finished with a workshop that launches two pathfinder projects aimed at growing the organization.
