Bio: Doug, a Fellow of the Strategic Doing Institute, is an educator, coach, facilitator, writer, and conductor with a deep technical and artistic background. Leading organization development efforts at the University of St. Thomas School of Engineering, he designs and leads retreats and workshops on essential, nontechnical topics such as listening, improvisation, systems thinking, and collaboration. 

Doug’s advanced degrees in physics and orchestral conducting allowed him to create and teach various interdisciplinary courses while at New Mexico Tech, where he is Professor Emeritus of Humanities.
