Try out an online course – for free
Today we’re launching a free one-week course: Conversations that Matter – An Introduction to Agile Leadership. If you’ve been thinking about taking one of other online courses, this will give you a taste of our approach – while helping you develop an important skill: evaluating the conversations you have and identifying opportunities for improving them.
Even if our conversations these days are primarily via videoconference, we can still design them in ways that help us move toward our strategic outcomes. This course will get you started.
