Agile Strategy at Birck Nanotechnology Center
Yesterday, we worked with the scientists at Purdue’s Birck Nanotechnology Center to design a strategy. We started with assets, of course. To make the process easier, we divided our group into three. Each table had 5-6 people. We agreed on a core set of assets prior to the workshop, and then we prepared a card deck with one asset per card.
We handed a deck to each of the tables and asked them to define three opportunities for emerging centers of excellence. We gave them 30 minutes.
