Connecting to East Stroudsburg University

East Stroudsburg University anchors the economy in the Poconos. Mary Francis Postupack, Vice President of Economic Development and Entrepreneurship recently contacted the Lab with a problem. Each year, the university holds an economic development conference for the regional economy. Here’s the problem: According to Mary Francis, participants are simply tired of the talking heads.

How could we convert a session with over 200 people into something that is interactive? How could we use the session to actually begin generating strategic action plans to improve the regional economy?

So, on September 9, we will be in the Poconos teaching another university about how agile strategy can deliver a powerful engagement experience.
