Connecting to the REACH Collaborative in Kansas City
Through our connections to the Kauffman Foundation, we’ve met with Jon Taylor, a civic entrepreneur and architect. Jon has developed a model called the REACH Collaborative, a new type of incubator designed to rebuild communities.
REACH Collaborative is designed to help cities connect, organize and mobilize to solve large-scale social and ecosystem challenges. The Collaboratively is designed to work with groups from all sectors to help them define their community priorities, connect to those they share their community with, and ultimately engage with our larger problem-solving network.
Jon and the Lab have agreed to partner on several pilot projects currently under development in Kansas City. We’re making this commitment with the support and encouragement of the Kauffman Foundation. You can read more about the REACH Collaborative here.
The Founder of the Lab at UNA and co-author of Strategic Doing: 10 Skills for Agile Leadership, Ed’s work has focused on developing new models of strategy specifically designed to accelerate complex collaboration in networks and open innovation. He is the original developer of Strategic Doing.
