Update: Purdue Polytechnic High School
Today we wrapped up our 8th and final Strategic Doing coaching session with the incredible faculty of the Purdue Polytechnic HS.
We have been giving the faculty guidance on how to teach the deep skills of collaboration. Mistakenly, most people think of collaboration as a “thing”. It’s actually a complex process the involves ten shared skills. These skills plot well across an organization or team’s S curve. In other words, the team needs the skills of both creativity and divergent thinking, as well as project management and convergent thinking.
The Founder of the Lab at UNA and co-author of Strategic Doing: 10 Skills for Agile Leadership, Ed’s work has focused on developing new models of strategy specifically designed to accelerate complex collaboration in networks and open innovation. He is the original developer of Strategic Doing.
