The Lab Launches Strategic Doing Europe
With a core team of fifteen professionals drawn from business and consulting, The Lab has launched Strategic Doing Europe with a three day training in The Hague. Developed with the Lab’s Dutch partner, Human Insight, Strategic Doing Europe will form a training network to guide professionals in the application of new strategy approaches specifically designed for open, loosely connected networks.
The core team is focused on integrating Human Insight’s powerful team assessment tools for strategy with the Lab’s approach to strategy, Strategic Doing. The next step in the integration will come when the professionals from Human Insight visit the Purdue campus in January.
A practitioner conference for Strategic Doing Europe is scheduled for early June 2018.

The Founder of the Lab at UNA and co-author of Strategic Doing: 10 Skills for Agile Leadership, Ed’s work has focused on developing new models of strategy specifically designed to accelerate complex collaboration in networks and open innovation. He is the original developer of Strategic Doing.
