Agile Lab Europe Update
Here’s an update on our development of Strategic Doing Europe.
- We are planning our next 2.5 day training in The Hague in April 2018
- Our colleagues from Human Insight will be at Purdue in April, 2018 to conduct a certification training for our offering in Strategic Diversity.
- Our colleagues continue to meet every two weeks in their community of practice to sharpen their teaching skills. they have translated both the Strategic Action Pack and a Reference Guide into Dutch.
- Henry Pavey has introduced Strategic Doing to a number of local councils around Southampton in the United Kingdom.
Our Strategic Doing Reference Guide translated into Dutch
The Founder of the Lab at UNA and co-author of Strategic Doing: 10 Skills for Agile Leadership, Ed’s work has focused on developing new models of strategy specifically designed to accelerate complex collaboration in networks and open innovation. He is the original developer of Strategic Doing.
