Through our collaboration with the University of the Sunshine Coast, we developed a close relationship with Mike Heffernan and Pam Wardner. In December 2016, we launched a test initiative, called Strategic Doing Australia in order to capitalize on the work we’ve been doing at Purdue and generate revenues for the Lab. Through their leadership, we are now exploring a relationship with a Registered Training Organization in Brisbane. We are hoping to launch an initial pilot by the fourth quarter of 2017. In addition, Mike and Pam have introduced us to an opportunity to work with a government agency in Singapore. We are beginning to explore this opportunity as well.
The Director of the Lab at UNA and co-author of Strategic Doing: 10 Skills for Agile Leadership, Ed’s work has focused on developing new models of strategy specifically designed to accelerate complex collaboration in networks and open innovation. He is the original developer of Strategic Doing.
